10,000,000. Amount in US dollars that Shaquille O’Neal’s Miami Beach estate has had slashed from its list price, according to the New York Post.
The home, which Shaq bought for $18.8-million in 2004 when he was traded from the L.A. Lakers to the Miami Heat, will now cost prospective buyers a mere $25 million.
The 19,000 square foot property was originally built for Heat centre Rony Seikaly. Shaq had a buyer who was willing to pay $35-million in November 2007, but that deal ultimately fell through.
O’Neal was traded from the Heat to the Phoenix Suns at last year’s NBA trade deadline.
