W South Beach Opens Entourage Bungalow With Fanfare

Entourage star Adrian Grenier was at the W South Beach for the debut of the Entourage Bungalow. Grenier had dinner at Solea and, according to our spy, “was avoiding photo ops with the Miami Social ‘cast’ like the plague.” Meanwhile, fans were busy attacking fellow Entourage actors Rex Lee and Perrey Reeves for pictures. Also at the W: Howard Stern co-host Robin Quivers, lunching with a friend at Wet last weekend.

The cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County — the one that started it all, was seen at Steak 954 at the W Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday night. The gals were in town filming for the new season of their show. Also staying at the W FLL, Dwyane Wade, in town for his summer all-star basketball camp at Nova Southeastern University, keeping a low profile and ordering room service from Steak 954.

Rocker Lenny Kravitz has sold his last piece of Miami property, this time his recently renovated Biscayne Point Island house, for $2.45 mil. The house was on the market for three months listed at $2,850,000, according to Kevin Tomlinson of southbeachrealestateblog.com. Apparently the buyer is a regular person, no one famous. Kravitz bought the place in 1997 for $725,000, so he made a nice little profit, not that he needs it.

Miami Heat Coach Eric Spoelstra was spotted hanging out at G-Lounge at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Fuerza Bruta late night show Tuesday night with several friends enjoying the music and scene.

Forget velvet ropes and “lists” and consider hitting Denny’s, 300 Civic Center Way in Royal Palm Beach, on Saturday night. From 9 p.m. until midnight, bands from the Vans Warped Tour — Breathe Carolina, Sing It Loud, Versa Emerge, TV/TV and Attack Attack! — will party with fans in celebration of Warped’s 15th anniversary after the noon show at Cruzan Amphitheater. In addition to sharing their Moons Over My Hammy with groupies, the bands may also break out in impromptu song. And unlike your drunken performances at 2 a.m., these may actually sound good. Denny’s is a sponsor of Warped this year and is hosting 23 late-night fan parties across the country promoting music. In other news, we hear Nobu is scrambling to roll out a new late-night Grand Slam menu to keep up with the celebrity competition.
